Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide from our Berlin-Kreuzberg atelier. Germany 1–3 days (DPD, €5). Europe 2–7 days (DHL, €15). International 5–14 days (DHL or UPS, €20 under 1kg / €30 over 1kg). Because many pieces are printed on demand, please allow 1–3 extra days for handcrafting before dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free worldwide shipping on all orders over €150.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship to the US via UPS or DHL. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
Can I get express shipping?
Yes. Please leave a note in the COMMENTS field of your order, or email us at mail@starstyling.net for a daily calculated express offer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay and several local methods (Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS, TWINT and more), shown at checkout based on your region.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original condition. Please note that made-to-order and hand-finished pieces may be subject to individual handling — get in touch and we'll help.
How do I start a return?

Product Care
How do I wash my starstyling item?
Machine wash at 30°C with a basic or eco colour detergent, gentle program with low spin. No softener, no wool or formula detergents. No tumble dryer. Always check the label inside before washing or ironing.
Is it okay to use fabric softener or regular detergent?
No — please avoid softener and wool/formula detergents, as they damage the prints and fabric. A basic or eco colour detergent is all you need.
How do I care for foil and glitter prints?
Foil prints: don't wash inside out, don't iron directly on the print, and handle gently — a little crumpling is part of the design. Glitter prints: handwash only, as the glass particles in the glitter foil can harm other fabrics.

Can I shop in person?
Yes! Visit our atelier at Wassertorstr. 62, 3rd floor, 10969 Berlin-Kreuzberg, open daily 10–16h. Try on, pick your favourites and pay by card or cash. No bell needed — just walk up to the 3rd floor. Questions? Call or text +49 172 621 6867.
